Tri State Maintenance, Inc. opened its doors at our Fort Wayne location in the fall of 1988. Through the efforts of company founders Tom and Lou Carboni, Tri State Maintenance, Inc. began as a modest two-person operation. Today, we now employ more than 150 employees in the tri-state region.

The company was founded on the principles of providing excellent customer service, while providing immediate response to customers concerns. We take great efforts to maintain a clean work environment for our customers. The philosophy from which Tri State Maintenance, Inc. built its foundation endures, therefore, assuring these same fundamentals are present at every property we service.

The family owned and operated company takes special interest in our customers, property managers, and building liaisons. Undeniably, this is to assure complete commercial satisfaction, every time. Our Management

Tri State Maintenance, Inc. operates under a team-based management style. Projects are assigned to a district manager who coordinates, oversees and inspects the work done at each building location. The management staff meets daily with the Vice President of Operations to discuss training issues, building concerns, and new product introduction. Nightly, district managers will meet with the area managers, location managers and the first line janitors in the buildings in their region. The commitment to our customers begins when the district manager checks the work performed by the staff of cleaners assigned to the buildings.

During normal business hours, customer service managers, district managers and officers of the company meet routinely with clients and property managers to ensure the work is being completed as required, and to be informed of any special events, special needs or changes in their daily operation.
